As vehicles become more streamlined and aerodynamic for improved efficeincy, naked rooflines have become increasingly more common. Yakima's Baseline Car Roof Rack System is designed with today's bare rooflines in mind to create the optimal vehicle specific fits. Pitch adjustment allows the crossbars to remain level on vehicles with a curved roof, and the padded touchpoints making contact with the roof and door jambs help protect the finish of the vehicle when the rack is installed.

Description
The Yakima BaseLine Complete Roof Rack System attaches to vehicles with naked, or smooth roof-lines. The BaseLine Car Rack is part of Yakima's StreamLine Series product line and utilizes Yakima's unique bi-axial DropHook clip adjustment to assure a custom secure, streamline fit. Yakima's innovative design offers a Pitch Adjustment and Toe Adjustment creating a more custom and tailored fit desing. The Pitch Adjustment allows the crossbars to tilt to help keep the crossbars as level as possible on your vehicle, especially for vehicles with curved roof-lines. Toe adjustment changes the angle of the BaseLine Tower base pad for a perfect fit on vehicles with tapered roof-lines. A pre-calibrated torque driver is included with the Baseline Towers to ensure the exact tightness level during installation. The Yakima BaseLine Complete Roof Rack comes with pair of Load Bars, four Yakima BaseLine Towers, and two pairs of BaseClips (pair for the rear and pair for the front). With the addition of 4 Yakima SKS Lock Cores, Yakima BaseLine Towers can be locked to your vehicle (sold separately).
